Long before CH Haus existed, Hayleigh was helping organizations grow.

With a background spanning political marketing, digital fundraising, sales leadership, logistics, and brand strategy, she's spent years learning what makes people pay attention, take action, and stay connected to a brand. From managing recurring fundraising campaigns and leading sales initiatives to building marketing strategies across multiple industries, her career has always centered around one thing: communication.

That experience eventually led her to build something of her own.

As the founder of Head Over Heels Hat Co., Hayleigh learned firsthand what it takes to turn an idea into a brand—from creating content and building a community to launching products and bringing a vision to life.

Today, she brings together strategy, storytelling, and creative direction to help businesses uncover what makes them different and share it with confidence.
